Rafael keri has always had a
strong belief in respect, trust and honesty. Rafael Keroo
Parteza is his Adult Day Health Care Center that he established
which employs his whole family. Rafael's goal with the center is
to be a second family to his clients. As the one year anniversary
of his center approaches, a new rival daycare center has taken all but
seven clients with deceptive tactics and false promises. Rafael
knows that if he stays true to his morals and beliefs he can win back
all of his lost clients. While dealing with the dilemma of the
daycare cneter he is also juggling the duties of a grandfather to be,
coping with his sister's refusal to return to Armenia and maintaining
the sanity of his family.

Rafael Keri's Parteza. She is like the family glue who defuses
every heated situation. She is surprised when Hamo doesn't do
anything to help with the family business. Eventually she
convinces him to see a psychologist to help them communicate better.

Stuck between two rocks, Hamo goes to a priest in hopes of finding a
loophole in the promise he made to his father to be a dishonest person.
The stern but wise priest helps Hamo find his way. To honestly and
truthfully help his father and his center Hamo shoots a music video
style commercial to entice clients to return to the Parteza with a
message of loyalty and genuineness of their commitment to their clients. |

Helen is the very pregnant, hormonal and constantly snacking daughter of
Rafael Keri. She berates her husband Sevak to buy a house big
enough for her, Sevak and their soon to arrive child. When she
becomes a translator for her father Rafael Keri, their father-daughter

Rafael Keri's Parteza. Troubled by a driving issue he prays that
nothing arises from his problem. Married to Hasmik and only a few
years in the states from Iran, this nephew of Rafael works together with
Rafael to mediate the family's bumps. |

Many young men can relate to Gevo. He is engaged to a strong and
overpowering woman Anoush. He is caught between pleasing his future wife
and his overbearing grandmother. Extremely stressed out with supporting
and satisfying Anoush with the first stages of wedding preparations, he
uses a medical inhaler to relief stress. Gevo’s ultimate goal is to keep
Anoush happy, as he realizes that she is truly his one and only.

Aghavni has been separated
from her brother Rafael for over 38 years but has always been
financially supported by him. 11 months ago she was brought over
to the states with Hamo's help. The family now notifies her that
she only has 28 days left in America. In order to stay in the states,
she decides to get married so that she may obtain permanent resident
status. Although she respects her brother immensely, she often
thinks of herself first. |

Nabat Nan, now a hundred
year old woman, has been mute by choice for over thirty years. She uses
this to get the attention and respect she deserves-communicating in her
own particular way. She often seems to know more about what’s going on
before the rest of her family does. Although stern and often a hard case
she sticks by Rafael’s side helping with the reclamation of Rafael’s
clients and even gets to dance in Hamo’s music video.

She is the Cook at Rafael Keri’s barteze. Hasmik is married to
Roubik.She alerts Rafael to the clients’ who want to leave so that he
may stop them but is disappointed to find when the clients announce
their desire to depart, Rafael lets them go freely. |

When the priest is
confronted with Hamo and his dilemma, he tries to guide him to a better
path. Even though Hamo tries to find ways to squeeze back into his old
habits, the unwavering Priest shows him the virtue of honest work. |

Smbat is one of the seven clients who has stayed with Rafael's Parteza
even after the rival daycare center has taken most of the clients.
Rafael accepted him into his center with no insurance or other necessary
papers... free of charge. The stern honesty of Rafael Keri forces
Smbat to realize how valuable Rafael Keri has been in his life. He
finally finds himself in an approved courtship with Rafael's sister (Aghavni)
from Armenia. |

self-conscious about her mole. Trying to help the Armenian
community, this dedicated psychologist facilitates Hamo and Lind's line
of communication. She manages to do this on the first session she has

Parteza to spread his word of God. knowing very little Armenian,
he strains to show his well intentioned motives which are to only use
Rafael Keri's Parteza for prayer. |

A true and loyal friend of Rafael Keri. Although he is 90 years old he
feels younger in his skin and manages to involve himself in the goings
on of the center. His wisdom is called upon by Hamo to help Rafael write
the lyrics to the commercial for the Center.

Sevak is very excited about entering fatherhood with his pregnant wife
so much so that he chooses not to argue with the hormonal and irritable
Helen. This is even when she announces she doesn't want his
parents to come from England to witness the birth of their grandchild.
This mild mannered, soon to be father is trying to satisfy his wife, her
short fused brother Hamo and their finicky father Rafael.
